Existing community alarm customers
From November 2023, you will see some changes with your community alarm operator.
The effective and prompt service you receive will not change, however, the operator behind that service has changed from Elmbridge Borough Council to Mole Valley Life.
Mole Valley Life
Mole Valley Life is operated by Mole Valley District Council and is accredited to the Technology Enabled Care Services Association Quality Standards Framework and is a founding member of Surrey Telecare. Working across East and West Surrey, Mole Valley Life provide the Lifeline Alarm and Technology Enabled Care service for a range of councils, including Elmbridge Borough Council.
Early in the next year, Mole Valley Life will contact you with information on the national digital switchover (changing phones and telecare unit to the digital network) and the implications for your community alarm service.

If you need to contact your provider or if an operator needs to come to your home for a pre-approved appointment, you may notice a name on the phone.
