Power of attorney
If someone has Power of Attorney over your affairs you do not have to give consent. The person with Power of Attorney needs to show proof from the court that they have this right.
Permission to share data
You can share your account with friends and family once you have signed up. This lets them look at your information and take any actions on your behalf. They will need to have a registered account as well.
The details they give must be accurate as they may be held accountable for any errors resulting in overpayment or an incorrect bill.
You can agree to more than one person sharing your account at a time and you may withdraw the permission at any time.
Within My Account, view your profile and choose the Friends and Family option to share access.
