How to sign up

Register for My Account to access your benefits account and more. 

Step 1 – register for My Account

You can register for My Account with your email address or mobile number:

You will receive an email asking you to confirm your account details. 

You are now registered for My Account.

Step 2 – access your services

To access benefits:

• log into My Account and click Benefit claims
• enter your benefit claim number, which starts with the number 5 or 6, date of birth and National Insurance number - this extra security ensures your online account is safe and secure
• click Register

Step 3 – set your preferences

You can click to receive account bills and messages.

You now have immediate access to all of your benefits information online.
