Waste collection delays
Currently there are some delays to waste collections in Elmbridge due to pressures impacting disposal arrangements.
How to report a missed bin collection.
Please do not report a missed collection before 4pm on your collection day.
You can report a missed bin up to 2 working days after your due collection day.
For example, if your collection day is Monday you can report a missed bin up to 11:59pm on Wednesday, or if your collection day is on Friday you can report a missed bin up to 11:59pm on Tuesday.
If you see a message on the form saying “incomplete round”, the crew will return on the next working day to collect. You do not need to report a missed collection.
If your waste is not collected by the end of the next working day, call us on 01372 474474.
Once you have reported your missed bin collection, make sure your bin is out on the edge of the property. We will collect it as soon as possible. We will let you know whether it has been collected or not.
Your bins will not be collected if:
The crew will not be able to collect any recycling placed in black bags.
We are unable to ask the crew to return to empty your bin if your garden waste subscription was not active on your collection day. See our garden waste service terms and conditions for more information.
