Danni started her journey at Elmbridge as a Scanning Assistant and now, 12 years later, she is the Planning Business Support Team Leader.
Her career within the Planning team has been diverse, including a period as a Planning Officer. The experience increased Danni’s knowledge and understanding of the pressures in Planning and allowed her to develop the Business Support Team into a highly effective support function.
Danni brings the best out of people as a result of her enjoyment of developing those within her team and seeing people progress. She is an advocate of the learning and development opportunities at Elmbridge and has undertaken many management training courses to help her become the approachable manager that she is!
Her working approach is methodical, but she also expresses a creative flare. When Danni isn’t busy looking after her 2-year-old, she immerses herself into craft work including making wreaths from foraged foliage.
Back at work, Elmbridge is her family. Danni's advice is to get involved, shadow other teams and seize the opportunities Elmbridge has to offer.
