Elmbridge Partnership Fund

The 2025 Partnership Fund is open to non-profit organisations operating in Elmbridge. Eligible groups can apply for grants of up to £5,000 to support vulnerable residents in the borough.

The fund is made up of contributions from Elmbridge Borough Council, Walton Charity and Walsingham Care. 

What we fund

We’re looking to fund projects that support one or more of the following:

  • projects or activities that improve mental health or reduce social isolation
  • physical activities or sessions to improve health and wellbeing, particularly for those on a low income

Who can apply

You can apply if you're a not-for-profit organisation, including:

  • registered or unregistered charities
  • schools
  • Community Interest Companies (CICs)

We’ll prioritise projects or activities that:

  • support older people and/or people on a low income
  • offer value for money
  • demonstrate commitment to ongoing provision
  • have other match funding in place
  • from organisations that did not receive a partnership fund award in 2024

  • complete the application form by Tuesday 30 September
  • provide clear evidence of need
  • explain how your project will meet that need
