Dial-a-ride
Dial-a-ride journeys are tailored to you and use specially adapted vehicles. We can take you to see friends, GP or medical appointments, shopping, or other services or events across the borough.
The service is for people of any age with limited mobility, who are unable to use conventional public transport, and are residents of Elmbridge
Shopping trips
Our friendly and fun door-to-door shopping trips offer return travel to the following venues across Elmbridge:
- Cobham: Sainsbury's
- Esher: Waitrose
- Walton-on-Thames: The Heart Centre
- Weybridge: Brooklands
Book dial-a-ride
Our buses operate between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Bookings are accepted up to 2 weeks in advance on a first come, first served basis. Please give as much notice as possible when planning your trip.

Fees
To use the dial-a-ride service you need to join the community transport membership scheme.
The membership scheme costs £24 a year and gives you access to dial-a-ride, shopping trips and door-to-door transport to our Centres for the Community.
Journeys are then charged as follows:
