Responsible authorities and club premises certificates
Copies of some applications must be served on responsible authorities.
If you are making an application or a request for review, a complete copy, including any plans, must also be sent to all the responsible bodies and these must arrive on the same day as the application or request for review is made to the Licensing Authority (Elmbridge Borough Council). For requests for a review, a copy must also be sent to the Premises Licence holder, also to arrive on the same day.
We recommend that if you are posting copies, you send them by tracked post (special delivery) and keep your proof of postage.
