Elmbridge entrepreneurs were invited to a masterclass in growing businesses.
Business support expert Roya Croudace shared secrets from the ‘growth businesses’ she has worked with to help attendees at the free event succeed in 2024.
Roya has a wealth of experience in developing and delivering start-up and scale-up programmes. She has supported more than 400 high growth businesses in the last four years, helping them to increase productivity and grow.
The event, on February 2, was aimed at start-ups and small businesses. It was organised by Elmbridge Borough Council and Brooklands College and included a talk from Alison Linington, an Employer Engagement Lead from the Department for Work and Pensions.
The audience, at the Weybridge campus, were given lots of relevant and practical ideas and the opportunity to network with likeminded entrepreneurs.
Cllr Robin Stephens, Portfolio Holder for Planning, Enterprise and Local Economy, said he was incredibly grateful to Roya for sharing her expertise: “This is another example of how we are supporting business to thrive in Elmbridge. Learning from those who are achieving your aims and those who are on the same journey is a fantastic way to reach your goals and succeed.”
