We are pleased to invite all residents to a series of community engagement meetings hosted by the Leader and Deputy Leader of the Council.
These meetings aim to inform residents about the critical issues affecting the borough, including the Local Plan, financial outlook, local government reform, as well as addressing specific concerns impacting individual towns and villages.
Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in these important discussions to help shape the future of Elmbridge. Your voice matters, and we look forward to hearing your views.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions on community topics important to you.
The events will take place between the end of January and March as follows:
• Tuesday 28 January, 7pm to 8:30pm, Cobham Centre for the Community
• Thursday 30 January, 7pm to 8:30pm, Claygate Centre for the Community
• Tuesday 11 February, 7pm to 8:30pm, Walton Centre for the Community
• Wednesday 12 February, 7pm to 8:30pm, St Peter’s Hub Hall, Molesey
• Tuesday 4 March, 7pm to 8:30pm, Hersham Centre for the Community
• Thursday 6 March, 7pm to 8:30pm, Weybridge Centre for the Community
• Wednesday 12 March, 7pm to 8:30pm, Civic Centre, Esher
• Thursday 13 March, 7:15pm to 8:45pm, Vital Village, Thames Ditton

Registration for the events is now open. You can sign up to attend an event and to submit a question in advance.
The meeting on Wednesday 12 March will be recorded and available to watch online after the event.
