Terms and conditions for digital season tickets
- A Permit does not guarantee an available parking space.
- The council reserves the right to withdraw a Permit subject to one month’s notice.
- Refunds will only be given for unexpired complete calendar months.
- Permit holders are required to park in accordance with the regulations in effect at the car park.
Users are responsible for keeping their vehicle registration details up-to-date in the Mi-Permit system. These can be updated by logging in to the Mi-Permit portal.
The use and validity of a Permit is checked by enforcement staff when patrolling a car park. Where the Permit is not valid or has been improperly used, a Penalty will be issued and in cases of improper use the Permit may be cancelled.
