To arrange for assistance, you will need to apply, telling us where the bins will be left so our collectors know where to find them.
You will need to leave all of the bins together in the same location.
From time to time we will review the need for the assisted collection.

Your bins will be collected from the agreed location outside your property and returned once they have been emptied.
