You can also find support through:

• social prescribing which connects you with local services to improve your health and wellbeing - from charities which provide advice and support to physical activity and sports groups
• a Blue Badge which allows people with disabilities or health conditions to park closer to their destination - find more information or apply online at Blue Badge: Surrey County Council. You can also apply by post or pick up a copy of the form from your local library - Citizens Advice can also provide support with the application process
• radar keys which are used as part of the National Key Scheme to give disabled people access to public toilets across the country -  buy a key online through Disability Rights UK 
• a Hidden Disabilities Lanyard which can be a way of sharing that you have a hidden disability and letting people know you might need some support -  lanyards are available free from certain supermarkets or buy a lanyard online from the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme
