Premises licence: notification of interest
If you have a legal interest in a property which has a premises licence, you can notify the Licensing Authority of that interest and we will advise you when an application is received about those premises.
You have a legal interest in a premises if:
- you are the freeholder or leaseholder of the property
- you have a legal mortgage on the premises
- you live on the premises
The notice of interest is valid for 12 months from the date it is received.
After this time, if you would still like to be kept informed of any applications or changes made for licences about the premises, you can submit a new notice.
