The Local Government Boundary Commission for England recently undertook a review of its County Division Boundaries. The Surrey (Electoral Changes) Order 2024 was made on 12 November 2024 with the new County Division Boundaries. The new arrangements will apply to Surrey County Council elections scheduled for 1 May 2025. To view the final recommendations for the new divisions in Surrey see the Local Government Boundary Commission for England.
Consequently, we are carrying out a review of our polling districts and polling places used for elections in the borough.
We invite comments from all electors regarding the convenience of voting in our polling places and would welcome suggestions for alternative sites.
We particularly welcome the views of disabled residents or organisations with expertise in access for disabled people.
