Overview
Digital car park permits for small businesses are available across the borough. Only one vehicle owned or driven by the business owner is eligible for a permit and the business must meet all of the following:
- receive small business rate relief or retail, hospitality and leisure discount
- have a rateable value of less than £15,000 and the property must be occupied
