Capital Programme
In addition to income and expenditure on the day to day running of our services, we have a 'capital programme' for funding large projects such as renovation of buildings and purchase of new assets. The capital programme for 2022 to 2023 was financed from the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and other grants and contributions, capital receipts and revenue reserves.
