Monitoring the Vision:
This document sets out the priorities, deliverables and projects that will guide our work throughout the final year of the Vision. It is designed to help you monitor our progress and understand how we are delivering meaningful outcomes for residents.
Progress against our Vision is monitored through regular performance reporting, published within the Elmbridge Cabinet agendas every July, September, November and February. These reports measure us against our promises to the borough - showing transparency and progress towards a better Elmbridge.
Remaining a high performing council is essential to achieving our Vision. That means delivering projects effectively, monitoring progress robustly and consistently acting in the best interests of our community.
